Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with purple reflections and a broad ochre rim. Aromas of sweet tobacco, fine precious wood savouriness, red fruits of the forest and nuances of liquorice: an inviting bouquet. Tightly woven palate with dark cherry, and ripe, supporting tannins. Salty-mineral with a finish pronounced in fruit. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
More about the tastingMedium carmine garnet, purple reflections, broad watery rim. Delicate oak savouriness, notes of ripe cherry, a hint of wild strawberry, complex bouquet with a floral touch. Juicy, complex, savoury, red berry fruit, salty-mineral, remains very good, secure development and certain ageing potential.
