Tasting Notes
Light green with silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit notes - in particular mango - along with a touch of orange zest, and blossom honey. The palate is complex and tightly-meshed, with a fine fruit core and elegant and persistent acid arc. The finish is mineral, building to a salty-slate aftertaste and a lemony touch.
