The white wine Tultewitz Bünauer Berg Weißburgunder trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Thüringer Weingut Zahn has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 90+ Falstaff points.
Deep lemon yellow in colour. The aroma shows a first development in the spiciness: aromas of toasted cereals, of hazelnut and sweet white flowers. In the mouth the wine appears taut and sinewy built, the taut acidity sets an exciting contrast to the smooth Burgundy motifs.
