Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 27.03.2026: Ulrich Sautter

A subtle floral scent of spring meadow, fresh hay and straw flowers wafts from the glass. There is also a hint of unroasted white sesame. The structure on the palate is dense and powerful, melting and substance intertwine, ripe acidity flanks a concentrated fruit on the finish. Present mineral notes - a very high-quality representative of the variety.
