Bright medium golden yellow with silver highlights. Subtle botrytis notes, hints of ripe yellow stone fruit, passion fruit, and blossom honey; delicate, fleeting acidity. Complex, juicy, and very full-bodied; the distinct residual sugar is counterbalanced by an enormous acidity structure; mineral-driven and long-lasting; will benefit from bottle aging; still needs a good ten years before it reaches its first drinking window. Patience will be rewarded.
