The red wine »Julia Lergenmüller Tausendfarben« Pinot Noir Merlot, vintage 2021 from the winery Weinhaus Eugen Altschuh has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 86 - 88 Falstaff points.
Smells of almond, plum confit and Dominican tobacco. Also of dark berries. The palate opens very smoothly and with a slight fruitiness, the tannin shows remnants of youthful sappiness, seems a bit clingy and rough at the same time, the palate fruit finishes fresh and slightly spicy, with medium length, supported by a quite sinewy acidic nerve.
