Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. Subtle mango notes, pineapple, some cardamom, a hint of orange peel, floral touches and hints of blossom honey. Good complexity on the palate: juicy, taut, multi-faceted acidity, white tropical fruit and some lychee in the aftertaste. Remains very persistent, multi-layered with a mineral-salty finish. Good ageing potential.
