Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate blossom honey, some yellow tropical fruit, a fine touch of pineapple, lemon balm, mango and mandarin zest. Balanced acid structure, juicy, mineral on the finish, white stone fruit in the aftertaste, caramel in the aftertaste, a good food companion.
