Tasting from 21.11.2019: Peter Moser

Pale yellow green, silver reflections. Fine blossom honey underpinned by ripe apple fruit, a hint of passion fruit, delicate orange zest, some roasted aromas. Elegant, powerful, fine acidity, yellow fruit notes on the finish, delicately savoury aftertaste, a good food companion.
