Tasting Notes
Dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a delicate rim. On the nose, juicy dark berry fruit, ripe heart cherries, a hint of licorice, subtle hints of spice, an inviting touch of chocolate, herbal extract, and tobacco. Complex, opulent, and sweet, with fresh cherries again, very well-integrated tannins, blackberry jam, a delicate hint of nougat, good length—a versatile pairing for meals.
