Medium greenish yellow, silver reflections. Ripe quince fruit, soft notes of apricot and blossom honey, attractive, ripe bouquet. Juicy yellow tropical fruit, fine acidity, subtle sweetness on the finish, mineral and salty, very good length, a complex food wine with ageing potential.
