Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet with purple reflections and some edge brightening. Fine woody savouriness on the nose, with black forest berries, a hint of liquorice and pleasant herbal savouriness - an attractive bouquet. Juicy, ripe cherry fruit on the palate is supported by vivid tannins that are firm and persistent. There's a salty and mineral edge, with subtle nougat hints on the finish. Very good length, a multi-faceted food companion with a great future.
