Dark ruby colour, opaque core, purple reflections, delicate edge brightening. Delicate notes of cassis and blueberry, very fine animal touch, some graphite and herbal savouriness. Taut, tightly meshed, red berry nuances, freshly structured, again delicate hints of graphite, mineral aftertaste, a multi-faceted food companion.
