Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 05.08.2022: Peter Moser

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Delicate meadow herbs and fresh orange zest, a hint of Earl Grey bergamot, some brioche, a touch of slate, rather restrained bouquet. Medium complexity, ripe quince, subtle blossom honey, some white peach, integrated acidity, mineral-salty finish, lemony aftertaste, individualistic aromatics.
