Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2019: Benjamin Herzog & Dominik Vombach

Pleasant bouquet supported by toasty aromas with ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, mirabelle and lemon zest. On the palate juicy and compact, with a nice supporting acidity, a spicy minerality on the finish, and lingering hints of caramel and flint. It seems ripe, complex and elegant.
