The red wine »1er Traube« Retzstadt Langenberg Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Winzergemeinschaft Franken has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 - 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
Wood savouriness mingles with notes of red cherries, blackcurrants, plums and dried herbs, also smoky. On the palate a very good balance, juice and acidity flow closely together, supple despite some morello cherry, melted tannins, good length.
