Bright greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicate aroma of ripe tropical fruit, some mango, a hint of baby banana and subtle fresh orange zest. Spicy texture, fine sweetness on the finish, white stone fruit, dark minerality, salty aftertaste, a taut food wine with ageing potential.
