It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Golden in colour and natural on the nose, with intense aromas of honey and stewed pears, with an overtone of bitter herbs and warm brick. The palate combines phenolics and mousse, a pronounced viscosity underpins this relatively tart extract, while the acidity is rather mild and integrates well. Very individual and successful.
