Initially a somewhat wild nose with notes of dark berries and leather. Increasingly precise with air and characterised by a wonderful peppery spiciness. Medium-bodied on the palate with high fruit intensity and a long, savoury finish. A beautiful balance of mellowness, acidity and extract.
