Dark ruby-garnet color with violet highlights and a delicate rim. Ripe dark berry fruit with notes of plums, subtle herbal spice, a delicate hint of chocolate, and a well-developed bouquet. Juicy, extract-rich jam-like flavor, fine tannins, full-bodied and very persistent, sweet fruit on the finish, already pairs very well with food, and has definite potential for further aging.
