Tasting from 10.10.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

The nose shows fresh and ripe cherry fruit, chocolatey notes, blueberry and a hint of yeast. On the palate a ripe tannin appears in rather carefully extracted quantities, the alcohol remains imperceptible (despite 14%), ripe acidity is seamlessly integrated, the ripe fruit and a layer of viscosity reinforce the impression of charm. The finish is long and characterised by rich cherry fruit.
