AOC Schaffhausen In der Nase dunkle Fruchtaromatik mit gedörrten dunklen Waldbeeren und Zwetschge. Zudem würzige Anklänge von Schwarzem Pfeffer und etwas Kakao. Am Gaumen dicht und vollmundig mit saftiger Säure und feinem Tannin. Aroma von dunklen Beeren und Sauerkirsche. Feiner Schmelz im Abgang. Je zur Hälfte Cabernet Dorsa und Merlot Trauben.

This has a ruby red colour, with ripe reflections. There is an aroma of dried plum on the nose, along with dried cherry, berry notes, and also spices, such as nutmeg. It is medium-bodied on the palate, and pleasantly dense, with a ripe acidity, and a silky smoothness. It finishes harmoniously with a subtle sweetness.
