Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark purple with a fine head. Initially shows slightly yeasty-earthy nuances on the nose, then rich cherry and plum, also hints of beet, appears profound. Dry on the palate with a juicy undertone, fresh mousse, ripe fruit nuances on the finish, finishes distinctly dry.
