"Outdoor Dining Area" Bars in Karlsruhe
A bar with a very special flair: with an atmosphere reminiscent of a boxing ring, this gem of a bar in the Hirschhof impresses with fabulous drinks and the highest quality standards. The regional and seasonal menu offers plenty of variety with constantly changing themes, making every visit a new experience.
For 25 years, this establishment has stood for bar culture at the highest level. In 2022, the drinks menu - previously almost as thick as a telephone directory - was slimmed down and trimmed to reflect the spirit of the times, without the selection losing any of its authenticity. In summer, the Santo Hotel's local gem attracts guests with its cosy terrace.
The chic lobby bar in the four-star Hotel Blauer Reiter, which opened in 2019, impresses with first-class cocktails from bar manager Niklas Strohmenger and a cosy winter garden. Cocktail courses and a special menu for ladies are offered on selected days. Not to be confused with the Berlin Curtain Club.
Since 2012, trained restaurant specialist Roman Koffer has been running his cozy cocktail bar just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. He treats up to 80 guests to fresh ingredients and creative recipes. He pays particular attention to so-called "cocktail flights", which consist of three drinks each.

The former bar manager of Guts & Glory, Mo Kaba, has fulfilled his dream of self-employment with this boutique bar in the former Ruppel hairdressing salon in 2021. He has created a range of tasty new drinks, but there are also many classics. The wine selection is a testament to his connoisseurship.
A cute bar in a sunny spot on Werderplatz in Karlsruhe's Südstadt district. Originating from a series of semi-legal parties, the Eel, which entices guests with barista creations during the day, transforms into a vibrant cocktail bar in the late hours.
