The Grenzwert Bar in the middle of Kleinbasel is unique. Not only because of the unusual decor and the secluded little garden in the backyard, but also because special cocktails are always on offer here. The friendly team is very helpful when it comes to choosing the right drink.
The bar is located in the heart of Basel's red-light district and has become an integral part of the Kleinbasel scene. The decor is stylish and has something of an underground club in a major metropolis. From the bar menu, the cocktail creations and the large selection of sparkling wines are highly recommended.
Behind the bar on the roof of the Kasernenturm is the Grenzwert cocktail bar team. Here you can sip good classic and exciting signature cocktails, drinks and beer with a great view. There are also delicious bar snacks, such as vegetarian spreads in a jar and premium canned fish.
Inspired by classic modern cocktail culture, the mixology team at Lora creates a seasonally influenced signature cocktail menu with a wow effect. Syrups are made in-house and leftovers are recycled in order to live up to the concept of sustainability. For the hungry, there are delicious gourmet pizzas.
Zum Kuss in Elisabethenpark is atmospherically housed in a white barrel vault - and impresses with a resourceful gastronomic offer that pampers guests from morning to night with coffee specialities, high-quality drinks and great wines; in addition to the "Kussplättli", there are other delicacies.
Café culture and bar are harmoniously combined in the historic premises, with homemade cakes and fine coffee specialties during the day and aperitif culture and wine enjoyment celebrated in the evening. From home-brewed beer to exciting cocktails and fine wines, there is nothing missing here.
The stylish SMUK Bar invites you to enjoy creative cocktails from Thursday to Saturday evening, and there are also plenty of non-alcoholic options to try. The drinks menu also includes a large selection of beers, including regional craft beer, fine wines and other bar classics.
