After the Viennese hotel industry Vienna, which recorded a 73.9 percent drop in overnight stays and a 74.4 percent slump in revenue last year, is regaining confidence thanks to the Covid-19 vaccination and the federal government's announced roadmap. The VIP offer for everyone living in Austria is celebrating a comeback from March 19 to May 25, 2021. 30 hotels are opening their doors and inviting guests to enjoy two days of pleasure from 110 euros. The variety ranges from smaller hotels full of family atmosphere to internationally renowned hotels such as Park Hyatt Vienna, Sacher Vienna, Ritz Carlton, Imperial, Bristol, or Palais Hansen Kempinski.
"Spring is not only the best time to discover Vienna, but this year it is also the right time for confidence. Many people can't wait to travel again. Enjoyment days in Vienna are a nice step towards normality and also a special gift for Valentine's Day", says initiator Christian P. Lerner.
All packages include two nights' accommodation for two people, a welcome package filled to the brim with gifts from Viennese manufacturers and a sparkling greeting from Schlumberger as well as the "Erlebe Deine Hauptstadt.Wien" card. The VIP guest card offers attractive discounts and reductions in popular restaurants and bars, cultural institutions, sights and selected stores.
