The Pastamara - Bar con Cucina at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna has reopened and this year surprises with Italian specialties. Bar manager Roberto Cozzolino has come up with a new highlight to coincide with the reopening of the restaurant. In future, you can drink your favorite cocktails in your favorite color. Depending on your mood, tell the bartender the color of your choice. An individual cocktail is then created that combines the selected color spectrum with the matching aromas. Different spirits, tinctures, herbs and spices are used depending on the color. A literally supernatural experience that delights the taste buds on all levels.

If you don't want to miss out on the Italian lifestyle during the day, you can have the Pastamara specialties delivered or pick them up. Under the motto "Italy on the palate, Vienna in front of your nose", the bar offers a selection of chef Francesco Milicia's creations as a picnic. This picnic basket, filled with Italian delicacies, is available from a minimum order value of 30 euros either directly at Pastamara or via mjam.at. Choices include light Italian and Sicilian dishes such as insalata di arugula, Sicilian tomato salad, a variety of panini, and focaccia and peach tart to finish.

For those who want something more luxurious and eye-catching, this year offers a unique opportunity. A champagne picnic with butler service and selected luxury culinary products in Vienna's Stadtpark. Sounds like something out of a movie, but it's reality. The luxury picnic can be booked 48 hours in advance and only directly through The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.
By the way: If you would like to take samples and delicacies from Pastamara - Bar con Cucina home with you, you can also do so in the Concept store area in the private dining area of the restaurant make. There you can get a tasty lamb ragù (ragù d'agnello) for 12 euros, a pasta fresca for 8 euros or a "crema al pistacchio" for 18 euros. The House Negroni in a 0.5 liter bottle is available to take away for 35 euros.
