Blueberry & Beet Cocktail

| 10 | blueberries | |
| 70 | ml | beetroot juice |
| 25 | ml | lemon juice |
| 15 | ml | sugar syrup |
| fresh rosemary | ||
| 1 | egg white | |
- Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
