Blueberry & Beet Cocktail

Alexander Knoll, bar manager of the cocktail bar Katze Katze, presents this luscious mocktail.

Ingredients
10 blueberries
70 ml beetroot juice
25 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
fresh rosemary
1 egg white
  • Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, then pour into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary.
