Haunted Barbara
Tequila and red vermouth are the mainstays of this Halloween drink.

30 | ml | Tequila |
15 | ml | red vermouth |
15 | ml | freshly squeezed lemon juice |
15 | ml | strawberry-rhubarb syrup |
ginger ale |
- Shake the tequila, vermouth, lemon juice and syrup in a cold cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass (without ice) and top up with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and half a strawberry.
