Haunted Barbara

Tequila and red vermouth are the mainstays of this Halloween drink.

Ingredients
30 ml Tequila
15 ml red vermouth
15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
15 ml strawberry-rhubarb syrup
ginger ale
  • Shake the tequila, vermouth, lemon juice and syrup in a cold cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass (without ice) and top up with ginger ale.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and half a strawberry.
