Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
Notes of black tea and bergamot dominate the first impression, with a gentle acidity and floral notes rounding off the picture. Dry on the palate and initially floral, black tea, a light acidity and bergamot unfold in the mid-palate. Very dense perlage and a dry, fresh finish with gentle notes of light grapes.
