Light, appealing pink colour. Fruity and herbal on the nose, hibiscus blossom, tea and nuances reminiscent of aromatic beer. Pleasantly dry on the palate with fine carbonation, subtle astringency and a generally pleasant mouthfeel. A little thin on the finish. A successful alternative to sparkling wine.
