Tasting Notes

Tasting from 24.03.2021: Ulrich Sautter

A very "dark" nose, dark chocolate, blueberry compote, liquorice and menthol. Raisin. Dense, full-bodied, somewhat "four squared" in the mouth, but with good substance and authentic expression, the Mourvèdre does its job as a freshener, the Syrah brings flesh and spice.
