Tasting from 20.02.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Intense green tea on the nose, nuances of dried meadow flowers and herbs, also a fruity hint of apple. Clearly sweet on the palate with medium-fine carbonic acid and intense herbal notes as well as refreshing acidity. Beautiful density and subtle saltiness on the finish. Lingers with nuances of lemon balm.
