Tasting from 20.02.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach
Notes of quince, jasmine tea and herbs on the nose, as well as honey, citric hints and white flowers. Slightly sweet on the palate with grapey acidity and subtle grip. Medium-fine carbonation and a drinkable, subtly salty impression on the medium-long, jasmine-influenced finish.
