Tasting from 20.02.2026: Alexander Thürer
Slightly tart green tea, floral nuances, hints of forest honey and fine, gentle fruitiness on the nose. On the palate with a dense perlage and dry body, the green tea again sets the tone, floral notes emerge in the middle section together with a gentle acidity. Dry, slightly floral and harmonious through to the finish.
