Medium salmon pink colour. Discreetly elegant aroma, ripe cherry, a hint of blackberry jelly, quince jelly, a touch of red grapefruit, followed by a freshness of mint. On the palate it is juicy, with fine and lively acidity, compelling, citrus elements, lime, nice length.
