Live Music Best Wineries in Vienna
Although Tyrolean-born Norbert Walter spent a long time working in cheese production, he has lived in Vienna since 1989. He has been running his wine tavern on the Bisamberg since 2004. Burgundy varieties thrive particularly well there, and of course there is Tyrolean bacon and cheese to go with it.

The Buschenschank Stift St. Peter is one of the oldest wine taverns in Vienna and a popular destination for excursions. Wienerlied evenings are also held here regularly. The inner courtyard is idyllic, the wine tavern food is traditional and the Dornbach wine is extremely gluggable.
