Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and the Palladium Hotel Group are bringing the “Hell's Kitchen” concept to Europe for the first time, with the launch set for June 9, 2025 at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen" chain of restaurants has been operating in the US since 2023, but so far, Europeans have had to make do with watching the ongoing reality TV show it's based on. Until now, that is: On June 9, 2025, the first European Hell's Kitchen will open in The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. The partnership between Gordon Ramsay Restaurants and the Palladium Hotel Group marks a new phase for the international restaurant concept in the European market.

The theme restaurant channels the well-known aesthetics and culinary profile of the Hell's Kitchen show – with a focus on high-quality cuisine, staged dining and signature dishes such as Beef Wellington, seared scallops and sticky toffee pudding. The menu is complemented by regional fare like Basque cheesecake, whole grilled sea bass and hellfire prawns.

The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, a revamped and renovated iteration of the former The Ushuaïa Tower, sees itself as a platform for new gastronomic and hospitality concepts. With six restaurants and bars, the hotel is aimed at an international clientele with an interest in culinary diversity. “Ibiza is the perfect setting for this unique Hell's Kitchen experience,” says Gordon Ramsay. “I'm looking forward to setting new culinary standards and offering guests something very special.” Ana Morillo, Corporate Managing Director at Palladium Hotel Group, also emphasizes the importance of the collaboration: “Hell's Kitchen Ibiza will be a bold, vibrant restaurant experience that perfectly captures the spirit of the island.”
