Le Bristol: Historic opulence in Paris

Review: The luxurious Le Bristol is rightly considered one of the best hotels in the city.

If you are looking for pomp, charm and romance, Paris is definitely the place to be. The French capital, a global center for fashion, art and culture, is practically bursting with luxury and elegance. Nevertheless, the legendary Hôtel Le Bristol has managed to stand out for almost 100 years and had Hollywood celebrities such as Marilyn Monroe, Ava Gardner and Grace Kelly among its loyal guests. Even today, Le Bristol, which has been part of the incomparable Oetker Collection portfolio since the 1970s, is the epitome of good taste and French elegance in the heart of the city of love.

Why book?

If you desire the best of the best you're undoubtedly spoiled for choice in Paris, and yet Le Bristol stands out with its classic je ne sais quoi. Situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the city, the hotel knows how to impress with its old-world elegance, maximum comfort, award-winning cuisine, sophisticated wellness and absolute top service. And even though Paris is constantly changing and has become a fast-paced metropolis, when you enter the hotel you feel as if you have traveled back in time - when the French capital was a unique center of good taste and when elegance and etiquette set the tone.

Location and neighborhood

Rooms & suites

Soothing pastel colors meet fine fabrics, antique furniture in the style of Louis XV and Louis XVI, and classic French chic in the light-flooded boudoirs. The bathrooms exude luxury with white marble and care products from Diptyque, as well as a separate rain shower. One of the special features of Le Bristol is the large number of suites, which range from 55-320 square meters and leave nothing to be desired. Among the absolute highlights are the Terrace Suites with lush green outdoor areas embedded in the unmistakable rooftops of the city.

The spa

The absolute gem of the hotel is probably the multi-award-winning Spa Le Bristol by La Prairie with eight treatment rooms and a sensational indoor pool (including unbeatable views). In addition to treatments based on the Swiss luxury skincare brand La Prairie, the program also includes tailor-made treatments by Tata Harper and highly effective hydrafacials. For children, the spa works with the Bonpoint brand to pamper the little ones from head to toe.
