2014 eröffnete das norwegische Unternehmerpaar Merete und Christian Marstrander an der Cala Tarida auf Ibiza ihren Beach Club. Dabei überließen die Anwältin und der Geschäftsmann nichts dem Zufall – mehr als zehn Jahre tüftelten die beiden an ihrem Konzept. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Denn vor dem azurblauen Meer und dem tiefblauen Himmel leuchtet der Cotton Beach Club in strahlendem Weiß mit eleganten Farbakzenten hier und da.
In den beiden Restaurants serviert das Team hervorragende Küche zu unschlagbaren Ausblicken. Vor allem abends, bei Sonnenuntergang, ist das “Fay” am Rooftop wahrscheinlich der beste Ort der ganzen Insel. Was man sonst noch wissen sollte? Im Cotton Beach Club geht es sehr entspannt zu. Die Musik ist ausgewählt, aber nicht zu laut, ausgelassen gefeiert wird wo anders. Dafür sind Kinder erlaubt.
