Only recently opened, the Nobis Hotel Palma is located in one of the oldest buildings in the city. It's a member of Design Hotels™: Wingårdhs was responsible for the interior design, while Jordi Herrero Arquitectos and Eduardo Garcia Acuna Arquitectos were responsible for the architecture. They preserved parts of the historical building fabric. For example, you can admire stone walls and historic arches. Sophisticated details such as ceramic tiles and beautiful pendant lights bring modernity into the rooms. Local materials were used, processed by craftsmen from the surrounding area.

Exposed wooden beams, an earthy color palette, many materials directly from nature and the bee, which is a recurring theme throughout the hotel, ensure a cosy atmosphere. The restaurant serves dishes with ingredients from local producers. NATURA Spa and a pretty bar complete the property.

In the second half of 2024, the new The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach. Es handelt sich dabei um ein umfassend renoviertes Haus, das bereits 1926 eröffnet wurde. In seiner Geschichte war es unter anderem das “Lido-Venice”, dann das “The Vineta”. Beides Hotels. Und dann folgte eine kurze Phase mit Eigentumswohnungen. Danach begrüßte es als “The Chesterfield” wieder Gäste. Der in Paris ansässige Innenarchitekt Tino Zervudachi unterzog es mittlerweile einer umfassenden Sanierung. Wenn das markante hellrosa Gebäude wieder aufsperrt, erwartet es Gäste mit eleganten und wunderschönen Zimmern. Auch ein Pool im Innenhof, Bar und zwei Restaurants wird es geben. “The Vineta” ist das neueste Masterpiece Hotel in the Oetker Collection.
