Aperol Fizz
A variation on the classic fizz with Aperol - it's worth trying!
The ever-popular spritz drink remains a staple of la dolce vita – regardless of season. Served in countless variations, this is the classic version.

| 6 | cl | Aperol |
| 6 | cl | White wine |
| 1 | splash(es) | Soda |
| 1 | piece(s) | Orange slice |
Fill a bulbous (wine) glass with ice cubes. Use equal parts Aperol and wine – 6 cl each is a guideline. Add the white wine first, then the Aperol and finally, the soda. The latter should ideally come out of a siphonto ensure that all ingredients are well-mixed. Decorate with a slice of orange.
Tip:
The "Veneziano" variant is more bubbly – to make it, simply replace the white wine with prosecco or champagne.
