A variation on the classic fizz with Aperol - it's worth trying!

Ingredients
5 cl Aperol
2 cl Sugar syrup
3 cl Lemon juice
1 Protein
Soda water
  • Shake all ingredients - except the soda - vigorously in a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Strain into a glass with ice cubes and top up with cold soda. Stir again briefly.
