Guacamole Margarita
Avocado and Tabasco sauce are used in this new interpretation of the classic cocktail.

| 3 | cl | lime juice |
| 1.5 | cl | sugar syrup |
| 1/4 | avocado | |
For the zabaione:

| 6 | splash(es) | Tabasco Habanero sauce |
| Champagne | ||
Preparation:
Make zabayons from the ingredients.
Shake tequila, lime juice, sugar, and pureed avocado.
Pour the drink through a sieve into a margarita glass. Add the zabayon to the drink.
