Old Fashioned with Amarena Cherry
Roberto Pavlovic presents his recipe for the original cocktail recipe, which he spices up with amarena cherries.

| 1 | orange slice | |
| 2 | Amarena cherries | |
| 1 | sugar cube | |
| 2 | pinch(es) | Angostura bitters |
| 1 | splash(es) | soda water |
| 60 | ml | bourbon whiskey |
| orange twist (garnish) | ||
Preparation:
- Muddle an orange slice with an Amarena cherry in a tumbler glass.
- Remove the muddled ingredients. Soak the sugar cube with Angostura bitters, add a splash of soda and stir until the sugar cube dissolves.
- Add the bourbon, stir again. Fill the glass with ice and decorate with an orange twist and an Amarena cherry.
