Rum Sour

In their new version of the classic Rum Sour, the patrons of the Lujah Bar in Germany focus on molasses.

Ingredients
5 cl 4-year aged rum
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl homemade molasses (dark brown sugar syrup)
overproof rum for flambéing
lemon peel (garnish)

Preparation: 
Shake all ingredients and strain onto an ice ball into a tumbler.
Garnish with a jagged lemon peel and flambé with overproof rum to finish.
