Rum Sour
In their new version of the classic Rum Sour, the patrons of the Lujah Bar in Germany focus on molasses.

| 5 | cl | 4-year aged rum |
| 2 | cl | lemon juice |
| 1 | cl | homemade molasses (dark brown sugar syrup) |
| overproof rum for flambéing | ||
| lemon peel (garnish) | ||
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients and strain onto an ice ball into a tumbler.
Garnish with a jagged lemon peel and flambé with overproof rum to finish.
