This apéritif can prepared in no time. Grapefruit zest provides a fruity, bitter note.

50 ml Vermouth
tonic
grapefruit zest
  • Add vermouth to a highball glass and fill with ice
  • Top up with tonic water
  • Garnish with grapefruit zest and serve.
