Grilled food comes alive with a good salsa. Salsa Verde and grilled seafood - a match made in heaven.

Ingredients (8 servings)
1 handful mint leaves
1 handful basil
1 handful parsley
1-2 tablespoon(s) capers
6-8 gherkins
olive oil
1 tablespoon(s) mustard
sugar
2 tablespoon(s) white balsamic vinegar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
  • Coarsely chop all ingredients and blend thoroughly with kitchen blender.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
