| 1 | pitta bread, wholemeal | |
| 4-6 | small cherry tomatoes | |
| 6 | mild green long Romano peppers, or 3 green bell peppers, deseeded and cut into strips | |

| 200-300 | g | feta cheese, drained |
| pitted black olives to taste | ||

Tip:
Serve with tzatziki or sour cream on the side.
