Zendaya’s easy-to-make avocado pasta recipe

Ingredients (2 servings)
250 g Noodles
2 piece(s) Ripe avocados
2 piece(s) Garlic cloves
2 teaspoon(s) Lemon juice
50 ml Olive oil
Parmesan cheese
30 g Basil leaves
Salt
Pepper
  • Cook the pasta until it is soft, yet still has a chew according to the instructions on the packet while you prepare the sauce.
  • Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them.
  • Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Place the avocado flesh in a bowl or food processor, then add garlic, basil leaves, and lemon juice.
  • Puree until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add oil and blend again until fully incorporated and silky.
  • Once al dente, drain the pasta using a sieve.
  • Add the drained pasta to a pan and stir it together with the avocado sauce.
  • Arrange the avocado pasta on two plates and top with fresh basil leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, and freshly grated parmesan.
